I am Sachin S Ughade Development Officer (Sr Business Associate), associated with LIC of India for the passt 23 years.

As you may be already aware of, LIC is India’s oldest and largest life insurance company. I recruit and train individuals to build a successful career in insurance agency business. Over the last 24 years, I have mentored more than 250 agents as a part of my team.

I strongly believe that “Success is a sum effort of small but consistent efforts every day” and hence conduct regular trainings to upgrade my team’s morale as well as knowledge.
